State Representative Larry Hall is the Democratic leader of the NC House of Representatives. He has served four and a half terms representing District 29 Durham County. He is involved in twelve committees and is Vice Chair of the Regulatory Reform Committee.
Hall is a practicing attorney in Durham. He served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps for 16 years and was awarded the Navy Achievement Medal, the Marine Corps Reserve Medal, and the Armed Forces Reserve Medal. Additionally, he received a Meritorious Unit Citation from the United States Marine Corps. Larry D. Hall received a B.S. in Political Science and Business from Johnson C. Smith University and a J.D. from the University of NC School of Law.
