Rep. Larry Bell

State Representative Larry Bell has represented the counties of Sampson, Duplin and Wayne in the 21st House district for seven terms. He serves on nine committees and is the primary sponsor of 366 bills. He is involved with several civic organizations as a board member, officer and supporter.
He is a retired school superintendent and education consultant. Representative Bell earned his B.S. and M.A. degrees from North Carolina A&T State University and the ED.S from East Carolina University.
