State Senator Robert “Ben” Clark III completed a distinguished 20-year career in the United States Air Force that included assignments as a Satellite Communications Branch Chief for the United States Air Force European Communications Division, and Radio Spectrum Manager for the Allied Air Forces Central Europe, and Assistant Professor of Aerospace Studies at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. 

Clark is employed at the Mission Training Complex at Fort Bragg North Carolina as a Program Operations Manager. He graduated North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in Greensboro with a B.S. degree in Industrial Technology and earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville.
